the girl next door

qR ;DD
I'm a relatively good girl. I eat my veggies. I have an absolutely sweet tooth and I like chocolates and candy floss although they make me look kiddish most of the time. I absolutely adore babies and toddlers and I often go gaga over them. I also love photography and take photos in my daily life. You may contact me via email; qirong1985@gmail.com

I've been disappeared for a few days, not because i went for a holiday, is i was sick-ed for the past few days and admitted to Singapore General Hospital (SGH). I have fever since the Christmas night till Wednesday. I did not see a doctor as i felt that it maybe a small issue, so i just purely consume panadol to lower the temperature.

But however, it doesn't work and the whole night i couldn't sleep at all. But i still continue to take panadol and the cough is getting bad to worse. Until Monday, i went to my house GP and the GP said that it's just a viral flu so just take some flu medication and panadol (again) and it should help in my condition. He also asked me to monitor my temperature. So i did that..

By Tuesday, the fever went even higher instead of coming down. And i feel like my whole body is tearing apart. Which makes me feel lousy and uncomfortable. Up to no choice, i got to drag my body to the hospital. Upon reaching, i was already left less than 10 percent of energy, when the nurse sees me i was like a "huh" look.

She asked me to wait at the fever zone as my fever went up to 39.2 degree. Waited again and finally seen a doctor and wait again for result and so on and so forth.. While waiting, i crouch on the chair as i was really really not feeling good. One of the nurse, quickly pull me up and get me a trolley to rest. If without her assistance, i doubt i could even climb up to the trolley.

I rested but still not feeling good. Until about few hours waiting the doctor came with a senior doctor and told me that i have Pneumonia. I was like "huh" again.. i was been pushed to isolation room and suppose to rest there for 8 hours. But 2 hours later, there is a professor came and told me that i could also have dengue as my platelets are low as well. I even more "huh"..

He advised me to stay in the hospital and i agreed. So on that day i was been admitted for drip and anti-botic treatment.

Here is some photos i took:

It was quite torture to stay there, so noisy and it hard to sleep whenever there's nurses and doctors keep coming to you. The real rest is at home.. No one, will disturb you.. woohoo! This is what i like to be at home! yeah.. So for now, i am home-bound which i don't mind and rest till the day reporting to division. Yippie!
