Today is a busy day, as my office is renovating at the same time. So, is rather hard for me to keep running here and there to use computers. T.TMy boss decided to get another staff to lighten the load, and she will be helping to sort letters and some other things which i does last time. However, i need to train her as she totally has no idea how to use computer and she knows nothing! I used up most of my time just to get her train on what i am doing, is so troublesome! Though she come in to assist me, as i will forcusing on applying EP and some other stuffs, but is abit waste of time to just train her everything. Imagine, i am busy enough and i have to train her totally, isn't it wasting of me time? But what to do, my boss has decided to give her the chance and let her trains here.
I am rather piss with something, i hates people keep banging the table or even talk so loudly while i am on the phone to get information. Its so irritating and fustrated! I don't hate her personally, but sometimes she needs to control her tone of voice. It does not reflect well on a person, nor even to clients. I am afraid that one day, i might get crazy.
I believe all the seniors has told her many times, perhaps she needs time to change. As well, there's companies trying to offer me better pay as i know how to do alot of things in pertaining of company board though i am not that experience enough but they still offers. I am not sure whether to go for it. As my this company doesn't really pay me well, but this company has alot of benefits and welfare where other companies might not have it. So it's a struggle whether to let this miss it, or to go ahead. I am still poundering.
I'm also thinking whether to get rid SXXXTEL and gets M1. SXXXtel has not been so nice to their customer. If i would choose, i will go for M1 as they really try to offer solutions and willing to waive some certain things if they have done something wrong. Which i do really appreciates most.. SXXXtel doesn't, i would says that they are too proud, as they thinks that initally they got the sole distributorship of Iphone. But however, now all 3 service providers gets the same.
Compare 3 providers, SXXXtel has good receptions, but poor customer service. M1 receptions still ok-ok but gives excellent services and SXXXhub receptions ok-ok, good IDD calls rate and as well good customer service. So if i were to choose i will get M1 back rather than the first one.
Though sometimes i disagree with people that m1 sucks, but i won't denied that their customer service is far way better than sxxxtel. =P
I am still thinking of it, i must really consider.. lol..
Well, tomorrow will be working half day only. so happy! And, the following day dearie wants to bring me to somewhere else.. =) i am looking forward!
