i totally don't understand this 2 days what the hell is going wrong. We been quarrelling for this 2 days, he say he doesn't like this and that..When i ask him, he say nothing, now he start saying what he doesn't like. Seriously, i don't understand what's going on?? perphaps recent changes of job scope that i getting a semi management jobscope which i surpress his current field or whatsoever. He also mentioned that man do have ego and pride, yes i do know..
He feel that i am boosting or whatever, which i'm not, seriously i'm not. Why he keep thinking this way?? i told him, i will not talk it again, since he doesn't like it.
What i mind, is he say i bite him? wth i'm not biting him, but he keep thinking this way..? why there is so many misunderstanding? is it because of my new job? shall i resign just for his sake?
