so bored today in the office, also mainly due to sleepy.. dont know why i feel sleepy recently, like not been sleeping well.

But the matter of facts, i did sleep for exactly 8 hours but.. still sleepy.. maybe due to in the past not been sleeping well so i need to catch some more beauty sleep?? kekeke =P =P

haiz.. lately don't know why this sponge keep having temper problem, made me cried also yesterday he made me have headache.. argh!!

also sunday went to temple, while doing prayers my dad came to me and told master that he is going to learn things from his shi fu which means me "shi gong" and thanks that what i did.. i was crying there.. i didnt expect that what i did, did really helped him.. till yesterday i didnt get over and continue and cry..

is really a heart pain to lose some one you loves dearly so much, i am so regret to spend less time with him.. really breaks my heart..
